Putin Doesn’t like the Stimulus Package Either

Yet here he is later in the speech explaining that Russia will engage in the same kind of stimulus activity Obama has signed:
“Our anti-crisis policy is aimed at supporting domestic demand, providing social guarantees for the population, and creating new jobs. Like many countries, we have reduced production taxes, leaving money in the economy. We have optimised state spending.”
Well put. Thanks for pointing that out. It still amazes me how politicians often say directly contradicting statements in the same speech.
