Here is an excellent article. I knew I liked Tolkien for a reason (the books alone are enough, but this just proves that he was a good man).  It’s the simple folks that always shoulder the burden.

I also have a great quote for the day from Tolkein that I agree with wholeheartedly, though I don’t think I’d be executing anyone:
